 Aaaah :-(
 Seems like the synchronize (upload) function isn't searching in sub-
 folders anymore.  Been using it for ages now and today (after a recent
 upgrade or two) found that my site wasn't synchronizing with my local copy
 anymore.
 Something's changed....
