 Cyberduck seems to use only one nickname per host/username combo: if I
 have two SFTP bookmarks on a server as a user, one named "personal" to
 {{{/personal}}} (first in the list) and one named "pictures" to
 {{{/htdocs/pictures}}}, then both will be displayed as "personal" in the
 bookmarks list and both will have {{{sftp://user@server.tld/personal}}}
 listed as their path.
