 It is great to be able to slow down upload speed, but in the low range of
 the average user more values could be used to differentiate better.
 Example:
 My upload can maximum be 45-50kbps, and if I limit it to 35kpbs downloads
 are still fine, but all that is possible is to slow it down to 20 or
 lower.
 Suggestion :
 A text field where one can input the own desired upload value additionally
 to the pull down menu.

 Talking uploads - I did not want to open another threat and put my
 uploading observation into another ticket about large file uploads, but if
 you feel that it would be worthy of an own ticket feel free to move it, it
