 In Unix filesystems, it is possible to set a folder as setgid, which
 causes all files and subfolders to inherit the group of the setgid folder.
 The setgid bit is further inherited by any subfolders.

 The setgid bit is set from the command line using, e.g. 'chmod g+s
 myFolder'.

 When cyberduck creates a new folder, it ignores the setgid bit on the
 parent directory, creating directories with the wrong group, and the new
 folder does not inherit the setgid bit from its parent.
