 I use Cyberduck for a webdav connection to Central Desktop (CD). My
 computer settings are for US Eastern time and I see timestamps correctly
 in the CD web interface - even for docs saved through Cyberduck.

 However, in the Cyberduck interface the timestamps show as UTC. I went to
 the bookmark settings and the timezone is set as read only to UTC so I
 cannot modify it (see screenshot).

 Can you explain why the timezone is not editable? Is there something I
 should communicate to CD about their servers?
