 Greetings,

 My first day using your product.

 It was working fine.  I uploaded several files.

 Each time I uploaded, it offered me the option to change to a secure
 connection.  I clicked cancel each time.

 Then I clicked 'don't show me this again'.

 After that, each upload is met with the "upload failed" and "550
 parameters incorrect" message.

 I can't figure out how to undo this.  I downloaded cyberduck 2 and the
 same thing is happening.

 What can I do?
