 I have been using Cyperduck on my Mac OS X (Version 10.6.8) for a couple
 of years and it has always been delightfully simple and trustworthy.
 Unfortunately, I am now experiencing difficulties.  On two separate
 occasions (from two separate FTP sites) my attempts to download have been
 met with the error message cited in my summary.  One of the FTP sites is
 one from which I have downloaded materials in the past without ever
 receiving any "550 Permission denied" messages.  How can I overcome this
 problem?
