Comment:

 We actually compile with a `1.5` target which makes it run on older 10.5
 installations on PPC with Java 1.5 being the default. It just looks like
 your unsupported setup is broken and versions of the JRE get mixed at
 runtime. I don't see what I should do to help resolve this issue.
