 In Cyberduck (4.0b9) on Windows 7, go to Preferences > Transfers >
 Permissions and look at Uploads > Change permissions to these permissions:
 > the select box to choose between files and folders is "missing". It is
 still there, but it is only 1px wide. I am able to tab to it and use the
 arrow keys to switch between files or folders, but I cannot see the select
 box.
