 Currently when I nominate MacVim as my editor and I select multiple files
 for editting, CD opens one window for each file. I would like each file to
 open in a (vertically) split frame within a single window. The command
 line option for this is simply '-O'. So maybe I'm asking that the calling
 script be made available for me to edit (plist perhaps?).
