New description:

 My S3 bucket has directories with the following names:

 /files.domain.com/data/folder/Ms./
 /files.domain.com/data/folder/ms./
 }}}

 The "ms." directory is shown in Cyberduck, but the "Ms." does not.  I was
 able to access this directory with another S3 application, but not
 Cyberduck.
