Old description:

 [[Image()]]I have an FTP server that only allows a maximum of 2 FTP
 connections.  I use 1 for the browser and 1 for transmissions.  I set the
 number of simultaneous connections to 1 but since the last version it no
 longer takes notice of this setting when set to 1.

Comment:

 Duplicate for #5539. You can switch to the latest snapshot build as a
 workaround.
