 After a relatively recent update, the simultaneous connections limiter
 does not work. If I start a transfer and then another, it tries to login
 and download immediately. Before it said maximum connections reached and
 it queued, but now it just fails and won't start when the current transfer
 is completed.

 I use FTP-SSL (Explicit AUTH TLS) pasv
