 I sometimes add a queued download that I'd like to start before others
 already queued. I would like to be able to reorder items in the transfers
 window. Since dragging in the transfers window selects multiple items, I
 suggest "move up/move down" buttons for the transfers window toolbar. To
 avoid complications arising from how to handle multiple selections, the
 move item buttons could be grayed out unless exactly one item in the
 transfers window is highlighted.
