 ok Im so new to this stuff i apologise....
 When opening cyberduck it gave me a quick log in but when i logged in
 properly with my freeola stuff its all ok? Have no idea why and sorry to
 waste your time and mine!

 one question tho..When it asks this...

 Unsecured FTP connection
 'The server supports encrypted connections. Do you want to switch to FTP-
 SSL?' do i 'change' or 'continue', will i have problems if i change?
