 We are National Center for High Performance Computing of Taiwan. We want
 to create a cloud storage system for users in Taiwan. We have three
 datacenters  which are located in different cities in Taiwan. We want to
 detect where users are(for example, in Taipei city) when users transfer
 their files, then we can send users' files to the datacenter which is
 nearest to Taipei to store. We want to use "Cyberduck" to be the interface
 which users can login and transfer their files to our datacenter. We are
 using "webdav" to connect to our datacenter now. So I want to ask, if we
 have the technology which can detect where users are, where should we
 modify in Cyberduck to add this technology in. Or there is functionality
 of Cyberduck which can detect where users are. Thank you very much.
