 Cyberduck 4.1 crashes on launch. No file recorded in
 library/logs/CrashReporter. Process activates in activity monitor for
 approx five secconds then quits. Sorry not to be able to add more
 information. Have checked preference files in library but none exist to
 delete... Not sure what to do next.
