 I am trying to connect to a webserver using FTP on port 21.

 I get a "I/O Error: Connection failed" message each time.

 I have connected ok in the past using the same settings.
 The server has been accessed by someone else without any problems today
 from their FTP client using the same details.

 What does this mean please?
