 Hello, I purchased Cyberduck from the App Store (btn at mac.com) to access my
 work GAPE account. Cyberduck works great for Quick Looking and downloading
 Word (.doc) docs, but runs into the following error dialog window when
 attempting the same for Excel (.xls) spreadsheets:

 Error: Download failed
 the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty.

 There are no additional details in the Cyberduck Log Drawer, or OS X
 Console.
