 First symptom was there was a delay from when I dragged an item from
 Finder to Cyberduck. The system would hang for about 30 seconds. This has
 been documented, it was hanging up while it loaded the items in the
 transfer window. There were hundreds.

 The real problem came when trying to clear the list. Selecting all and
 hitting delete key or remove button causes a crash. I can remove a few at
 a time, but it takes about 10-15 seconds per item.
