 Hello there, thanks for making this app Windows capable. It is the best
 FTP app I have seen. -- But to the point, I have a 1000+ files S3 folder
 which takes a long time to open in Cyberduck, it is not unlikely that is
 it S3 that's slow in providing data that Cyberduck needs, but in anycase,
 sometimes Cyberduck freezes altogether and had to be task killed. I wonder
 if Cyberduck can be made to lazy load the list?
