 The application would not quit after the first launch (This happened with
 4.0.1 and 4.02). I had to force quit. It is OK on subsequent launches.
 Possibly something to do with the Donation pop-up not showing. Or maybe
 did it pop behind? On second launch it shows and I selected "do not show".
