Comment:

 Hi,

 I had used Version 4.0.1 and Beta 4.0.2 (8528)

 It would not quit with ⌘-Q, or from the menu or from the Dock. The
 Cyberduck word next to the Apple menu stayed highlighted in blue. Only
 Force Quit worked. There was no "Donate" window visible. It either wasn't
 there or had popped under the visible windows.

 I have now updated to Version 4.0.2 (8565).
 This issue (failing to quit on first launch) appears to be resolved with
 this release.
