 This is a rehash of 5806, but I can't figure out how to append to tickets
 -- sorry.

 I installed the nightly build, but it did not help.  The full file
 transfers, but then is overwritten.

 I'm including the transfer log (which says nothing about the transfer??),
 and my system log.
