 Files uploaded to server have files marked read only for owner.  Because
 of that, I cannot delete/replace the file.  File permission on local is
 owner, read/write.  I left the default for uploads to have 'change
 permissions to the permissions of the local file or folder.'  I have even
 changed it to 'change permissions to these permissions: for files' with
 read/write/execute for owner, group and others with the same result of
 owner read only.

 I have tried using a different client and it has no problem with
 permissions for the same file.  Also, this seemed to happen after 9/1/10
 so it might have been an update that is still not fixed.
