 Larger files complete upload, and then an Operation Timed Out dialog is
 presented ("cancel" and "try again" buttons) Both buttons result in the
 file being reduced to zero length. It is exactly the same behaviour as the
 closed ticket #1149.

 The receiver tells me we are the only sender with this problem so they
 believe it is not on the server side.
