 Dear Sir or Madam,

 Regarding problem for Cyberduck login. I cant not access login cyberduck
 because it say "Login failed 530 Authentication failed, sorry".

 I am a new employee in a company, I have try to access login many time. I
 cant not login. There was work folders in a cyberduck. Last year it was
 work, it wont work now because of Authentication failed.

 I have try use apple mac and find a key access account. There was last
 person who work this computer. I know the username but not password. I
 told my administator what the password. they cant remember.

 The FTP computer is 213.171.193.5, i used double click it show problem
 "Login failed 530 Authentication failed, sorry".

 I would be grateful if you advise what would I do?
