 Up until November 6th, the bookmark with timezone setting of America/New
 York (and with server in eastern timezone), modification times were
 correct. After the 6th, they became one hour ahead.

 After I set the bookmark timezone to America/Halifax, the mod times were
 back to normal. Server time has been correct on both sides of DST.

 Daylight savings time dates would be nice to incorporate
