 I have a pretty poor internet connection and when uploading large files or
 many files via CyberDuck I relatively regularly receive a
 java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException. I can retry and eventually the
 file will upload successfully. See screenshot for details of the error.
 Platform: Win Server 2008.
