 I have a mac latop and use the duck frequently to access an ftp. sometimes
 everyday and is an integral part of my business.

 I have installed the most recent updates and the duck will not open to the
 ftp page. the duck bounces and disappears. I have restarted the computer,
 downloaded the duck again and restarted again.

 But, if I click on the duck to open, like I said it bounces and just
 disapears. it is in my downloads but will not actually open.

 I use this for my business and need to download photos for a client.

 please help me.
