Comment:

 Make sure you open the application purchased from the App Store (in
 `/Applications`) and not the version you downloaded from the website.
 Still if you open any version of Cyberduck it should show ''Registered to
 Unknown'' if its find a Mac App Store purchase. However, for this to work
 you have to first open the Mac App Store version at least once.
