 I've been advised to get Cyberduck to help me upload a sound/audio file to
 a website I've created in Rapidweaver. Are you able to tell me how to do
 this? I'm sure I'll need Cyberduck for other things (if I can ever work
 out all the things you offer), but if you're able to explain the above in
 really simple language (assume I know absolutely nothing, that would
 help!) I would be so grateful.  I don't understand any of the drop down
 box options below so have just left them. Sorry to be so thick.
