 Cyberduck 4.1.3 crashes frequently (but not every time), when I double-
 click to open a bookmark, or when I drag a file from another application
 to a bookmark.

 The only trace in the console log is a message like this:

 `27.10.11 09.20.01 com.apple.launchd[118]
 ([0x0-0x823823].ch.sudo.cyberduck[78282]) Exited abnormally: Broken pipe`
