#6206: Cannot connect to Eucalyptus Cloud -- No Such User Error

 Trying to connect to a privately hosted Eucalyptus Walrus.

 Can successfully connect with CloudBerry Explorer (Windows) and Jets3t's
 Cockpit (Mac OSX).

 After filling in correct connection information, get a 'Network Error:
 Connection failed - Connection refused' dialog.  When I click on the
 hyperlink in the connection dialog and the resource opens in Firefox, I
 get the following XML error message:
