 Hi,   I enrolled as a free member but have now upgraded.  You sent me an
 email with an attachment for donation key.

 I downloaded it and put it on desktop and then dragged it to my
 application page and placed it on the cyberduck icon.  It has not appeared
 on the application support folder as it should.

 How can I find it.

 ps.  I need it to open a program that I have  downloaded from a disk.
