 Hi, it would be useful to be able to enter a custom URL for the server for
 connection to Azure storage - the default top-level link provided doesn't
 seem to work for my storage account, and the Azure management portal
 specifies another URL for my storage.  This is the one I have to use with
 other (windows-based) storage clients to make it work.
