 When transferring files via FTP to my website using Cyberduck 4.1.2 on Mac
 OS X 10.7.1, it doesn't seem to disconnect after finishing. The files
 transfer successfully, but the transfer window is stuck on disconnecting.
 About 10% of the time I am then unable to transfer new files without
 quitting and reopening Cyberduck. If I attempt to disconnect from the
 website or quit the program, it gives me a message that files are still
 being transferred, though they are not.
