 When I upload a folder with pictures to Google Docs it always fails when
 uploading the last file. If I upload 3 folders it fails at the last file
 of the last folder.

 Error writing request body to server.
 ==============

 I have a workaround and that is using the synchronise function, after a
 upload failure. This way I can upload the last missing file without
 looking for it.
