 Each time a file is duplicated using the Duplicate File tool, it launches
 DreamWeaver.  This occurs regardless if the Edit button is clicked.  If I
 do use the Edit button, Notepadd++ is also launched to edit the file.

 Notepad++ is set as the default and only text editor.
