 I am unable to connect to my ftp server.  Cyberduck says "opening ftp
 connection" but does not connect and shows the error "I/O Error -
 Connection Failed - Read Timed Out".

 Odd because I am able to connect using a previous version of cyberduck
 (4.0.2).

 I checked with my IT and nothing has changed on their end, so I'm assuming
 this is some issue with the latest version of cyberduck.
