 Hi, I am totally beginner building my website & been told to upload new
 updates file  using FTP to my cp.
 So now I downloaded Cyberduck for my mac, uploaded the file but struggle
 to find the way to transfer it to my cp.
 I read your instructions but its still unclear to me as I could not find
 any transfer windows ???  Could you let me know please  how to transfer
 the folder on my cp at hosting co as its my 3rd day  of struggle !!!
 Can I transfer the whole folder or I need to do it by single file?
