 My comment above would be for Mac. On Windows, remove the `user.config`
 used to store your passwords. Refer to
 [http://trac.cyberduck.ch/wiki/help/en/faq#Wherearepreferencesandapplicationsettingssavedto].
 On Windows, passwords are encrypted using your login credentials and
 stored in the user.config file.
