 Cyberduck is changing the permissions on every single file it uploads,
 leading to very slow uploads. I would turn it off, except when I visit
 Edit>Preferences>Transfers>Permissions the box "Change Permissions" is
 checked an grayed-out. So I can't uncheck it. All I can do is change which
 permissions are set.
