New description:

 I have been using your program to ftp documents to the PMUG site for
 months. I can still get the connection open, and move documents from the
 active folder to an archive folder, but am unable to upload any new
 documents. What would allow me access to the site files, but not allow me
 to upload? A few days ago the problem returned an error that the
 certificate was invalid. Today I did NOT get that error, and the process
 merely timed out. So now what do I need to do? NO log.
