 I thought I submitted a ticket, but your site does not reflect this. I
 have been trying to upload a file for weeks now. I keep getting a time
 out. At first I did get a certificate error, but then upgraded my account,
 and now get a time out. There is NO log, and I do NOT know where to look
 to try and resolve this problem. I AM able to connect to the files I wish
 to upload to, and CAN move files between folders, but CANNOT upload.
 PLEASE write back to me and acknowledge that you have received this
 ticket.
