 In Version 4.2.1 of Cyberduck, when using Sublime Text 2 (Build 2165) as
 the text editor, saved changes are not uploaded. (When BBEdit is the text
 editor, saved changes are uploaded normally.)
 What I noticed:
 When I select Sublime Text 2 in the Preferences as Standard-Editor
 (Dropdown >> Coose... >> Select Program in Applications-Folder), close
 Cyberduck and restart the Editor is gray and not selectable anymore.

 Seams to be related to trac.cyberduck.ch/ticket/6399 but is still not
 working..
