 Hi, I didn't try it many times, but maybe you can:

 When I'm using information window to change permissions, CyberDuck messes
 up with filenames.

 I renamed a file and then changed it's permissions, that could be the
 source of the problem. It created a new file with the name it had before
 renaming.
