 In a problem not new to 421, trying to delete a specific file in a folder
 on the server yields:

 FTP Error: Cannot delete <file name>     The system cannot find the file
 specified. [Cancel] [Try Again]

 I cannot get rid of this file. Deletion of other items behaves normally.
