 I'm trying to connect to an FTP server with the information an
 administrator sent me. I wasn't able to connect. I've been getting the
 error I/O Error: Connection failed.  when I contacted the administrator
 they tested it with all my info and were successful. Attached is a photo
 of my settings (i've made sure the password is correct multiple times)
