Old description:

New description:

 Editing Bookmarks didn't work. Whether I use the timezone of my Web host
 (America/Denver) or my time zone (America/New York), the timestamp remains
 2 hours behind.

 When I upload a file, the modification date doesn't show the correct time
 for my time zone. This hasn't been a problem for me before, and I have
 uploaded files to this server many, many times. My timezone is EST, and
 the timestamp is 2 hours behind.
